AI AWARE™ uses Paddle as merchant of record for payment processing. All refunds are processed through Paddle according to their refund policy and our terms below.
Refund Eligibility
We offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase for customers who are not satisfied with our service. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@aiawareapp.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
