AI AWARE™ uses FastSpring as our Merchant of Record. All refunds are processed through FastSpring according to their refund policy and our terms below.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed by FastSpring and typically appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions
